The pepperdillo and peperbelle are fleshy, bright crimson, aromatic chilli peppers of mild to medium heat, marinated in a sweet chilli syrup without preservatives, additives or colourants.

A delicious tangy sauce made with puree of pepperdillo chillies, blended with fresh garlic, root of ginger and a touch of seasoning.

Pepperdillo jelly is a crystal clear rose-amber jelly with a deliciously mild chilli bite to it. Chopped pepperdillos are suspended within the jelly.
